Switch!

Panic button it is, then. You return Scizor to his ball, and in his place you send out the single strongest thing in your party.

The very moment Lunala leaves her ball, her raw power sweeps over everyone there. Your rival and Chandelure both clearly realize the gravity of the situation and are powerless to stop it, like leaves in a storm.

Your rival maintains her original plan for Scizor and has Chandelure use Inferno, hoping to take out Lunala's Shadow Shield and leave her with a burn that will keep her from getting it back with constant damage. Unfortunately for her, the hit doesn't even land in the first place, missing by a mile. Inferno's a horribly inaccurate move, and you still have no idea why she let her keep it over something much more likely to hit its mark. Probably the guaranteed burn, but that doesn't seem worth it for you. Just goes to show how different your priorities can be.

The storm's ready now. Time to bring the phantom thunder.
