THE FINAL BATTLE
Attack!
Pheromosa strikes first, with a brutal Bug-type Lunge. Shadow Shield holds up, and Lunala only takes about half the damage she was meant to. She's still in great standing, but that Lunge took a lot of force out of its user. The next move won't hit as hard even with Lunala's protection down, but you and your rival clearly both know how this is going down.
Your own fighter's comeback is a blast of Psychic, which drops Pheromosa like a fly. You pity the poor thing; she can dish it out brutally, but she can't take it. Lunala takes a bite from her Leftovers, recouping half of what she lost.
Your rival returns the Ultra Beast with a resigned sigh, clearly realizing her typing mistake, and sends out her fourth combatant: the Rock/Dark Tyranitar. The moment he hits the ground, a sandstorm whips up around the area. He won't feel a thing, but it's going to hurt Lunala bit by bit for the next five rounds, cancelling out the regenerative properties of Leftovers until it subsides.
That typing's not overly great for you either, as Tyranitar resists Ghost and completely no-sells Psychic. Lunala does, however, know a Fairy-type attack that Tyranitar is weak to and a Fighting-type move he's DOUBLE weak to, and she's undoubtedly much faster than him and can strike before him.
What'll it be? Kill, or overkill?
