Her own attack connects with Dragonite, but it's not nearly enough to bring him down. You'd be fine if Lunala could make it for one more turn, but with Dragonite outspeeding her, it wouldn't happen even in clearer weather.
Speaking of weather, the sandstorm takes its second chunk out of its combatants. The stinging sands bring down the legendary caller of the moon.
