THE FINAL BATTLE

First things first, the Mega Evolution. Lopunny erupts in a flash of light, her shape and posture changing dramatically. Her nervousness gone, she stares down Tyranitar, ready to wreck his shit.

She leaps up into the air, striking Tyranitar straight in the face with a crazy powerful High Jump Kick. He can't even take the one hit, and he drops like a giant dino-shaped brick. She cheers happily, but stops once the sandstorm starts to batter her.

Your rival sighs. She might not have anything left that can stand up to Lopunny, and you think she knows it.

She sends out her fifth combatant, the Dragon/Flying Dragonite. All that does is confirm your suspicions: Lopunny can and WILL win you the fight.

Dragonite has Multiscale, which functions identically to Lunala's Shadow Shield. An Ice Punch, while exploiting a DOUBLE weakness to Ice, might not be enough to take him out as long as that's in place. Lopunny's your best shot at taking him out, so you need to be smart about this. That's gonna translate to using Fake Out, which will force Dragonite to flinch and skip his turn on top of whittling down enough health to take down Multiscale.
